The combination of gear motors and minimal hydraulic unit makes the machine highly energy efficient. The hydraulics are activated only when needed, making standby energy consumption much lower than with a hydraulic-only machine.

Once a strand reaches the tying position, the tying wire is fed, clamped and tied extremely tightly around the strand. The cycle time is short and efficient and provides high availability. Additionally, KN Delta can perform both single and double bindings.
