Blade Materials:

POWERBLADE Carbon, Manganese Steel, normalized body 22 HRC and flame hardened teeth 48 to 54 HRC. Tough, crack-resistant blade body combined with hard, wear-resistant teeth to provide significantly longer blade life between sharpenings compared to medium carbon manganese steel blades.

Size Range:
  • 1000 mm to 2400 mm diameter (39 to 94 inches)
  • 6 mm to 16 mm thickness (0.236 to 0.63 inch)
  • Tooth Pitch 5 mm to 28 mm (0.2 to 11/8 inch)
Tooth Profiles:
  • Standard profile is a 60° Dowel used for both hot and friction cutting
  • Special thread form for special applications
  • 60°Dowel, friction cutting steel pipe
  • Handsaw teeth – solid bars and logs
  • XLR and Skip thread – hot cutting jumbo beam

Flat Ground – Normally recommended for solid sticks and logs
