The Lechler Laval flat fan nozzle is a special nozzle designed to meet the specific requirements of SCR and SNCR processes. The air/liquid mixture exits through three exit holes, creating a broad, flat spray pattern that covers the area even better. The droplet spectrum and the pulse of the droplets can be adjusted by changing the air/liquid ratio.
- Wide and flat spray: Spray angle 60°
- Throttle ratio: over 10:1
- Typical pressure range: Liquid 1-5 bar, g; Spray air 1-5 bar, g
