Dripping nozzles can negatively impact both process reliability and product quality. The DryMASTER CheckValve ensures that "off" is truly "off."
Dripping nozzles can negatively affect both process reliability and product quality. The DryMASTER CheckValve ensures that "off" is truly "off." The Lechlerin DryMASTER CheckValvei is designed to open at atomization pressure and close before loss of atomization. It reliably prevents dripping due to latent line pressures and the resulting clumping of the final product. Additionally, the check valve ensures that no flushing media enters the cooling chamber or fluid bed. Compact and reliable, DryMASTER CheckValve nozzles can be easily screwed into existing spray pipes. Thanks to their sophisticated and hygienic design, they require very little maintenance and are very easy to clean.
