Development of TwinAbsorb nozzles. Twin4Absorb nozzles have been specially developed for improved separation performance. Four overlapping spray nozzles create additional jet collisions and therefore a more active reaction surface. Thanks to its wide distribution, Twin4Absorb is particularly suitable for the optimization of existing washers.

  • Spray angle: Individual nozzle from 90° to 120°
  • Typical pressure range: 0.5 - 2.0 bar
  • Material versions: SiC/SiSiCde
  • Versions: Available as hollow or full cone nozzle
  • Self-emptying
  • All connection types possible: Flange, laminating joint, round thread, clamping joint
