With this dual-fluid nozzle, water is fed axially through a borehole. The liquid is divided into a thin liquid film. This thin liquid film is broken into the finest droplets by the atomization air in the mixing chamber. The resulting two-phase mixture is then atomized a second time as it exits through a number of circularly arranged boreholes.
