Twin liquid nozzles with wide mouth angle for even distribution of liquid
Lechler VarioJet nozzles are based on the internal mixing principle, which ensures particularly efficient atomization. In this dual-fluid nozzle, water is fed axially. The liquid is then divided into a thin liquid film through a cone. In the mixing chamber, this liquid film is broken into very fine droplets by the spray air. The resulting two-phase mixture is atomized a second time as it exits through many circularly arranged holes, thus achieving a particularly fine and uniform distribution of the liquid.
